The Scrum Framework

The three scrum pillars are transparency, inspection and adaptation. These are the elements of the Scrum Empirical Process Control.

These three pillars hold up the values of Scrum. Focus openness, respect, commitment, courage.

These three pillars and five values make up the Scrum Theory

The scrum framework begins with Sprint Planning, then the Daily Scrum, the Sprint Review, and finally the Sprint retrospective. This is the cycle which then repeats.
