Business analyst collect, organize, synthesize and distribute information. Business analysis as a whole follows the law that quality in equals quality out.

It is the job of the BA to be very good at getting the best information out of these participants. To help ensure a great time is had by both the BA and the stakeholders we can use a specific process.
